That is, a storage warehouse with a temperature range of 0-20 ℃ and cannot be directly exposed to sunlight is called a cool warehouse.

The main purpose of a cool storage room is to store raw materials and drugs (traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine). The cool storage room for storing raw materials is equipped with refrigeration equipment to regulate the temperature. The design of a drug cool storage room is relatively complex, requiring a heating system (to increase the temperature of the space) in addition to the refrigeration equipment.

GSP certified drug shade and room temperature warehouses can be equipped with warehouse insulation systems. If the warehouse is located in a logistics park with a high concentration of flammable materials, the fire inspection requires a high level of fire protection, and non combustible rock wool insulation boards can be selected; After installing rock wool insulation board in a cool and shaded warehouse at room temperature, the refrigeration unit can generally save more than 15% to 20% of electricity.

When the warehouse is located in an independent ordinary building, the fire inspection requires a general fire protection level, and polyurethane insulation boards with fire retardant level B2 can be selected; After installing polyurethane insulation boards in a cool and shaded warehouse at room temperature, the refrigeration unit can generally save more than 30% to 40% of electricity. The use of bag shaped air ducts at the end of the refrigeration unit is more energy-efficient and has more precise temperature and humidity control, making it easier to pass GSP certification.
